The individual vs. the group and creativity vs logic. Aquarius wants to be a proud member of a group where as Leo is about being the leader of it all. Leo can feel like it doesn't exist if it doesn't have an audience or group to follow it. This Full Moon is in Leo so there is a need to let go of trying to be the leader. Let go of the control and join with the group instead of fighting against it.

For the first time in a while all planets are in forward motion. So you will want to move forward but Mars is still out of bounds so it's energy is a little chaotic. It is in the sign of Gemini so you may want to watch your words and how you communicate with others. Also don't assume others know what you are thinking or feeling without communicating it to them. This is what can lead to disagreements. Mars is still moving slowly, so having usually fast moving Mars and Gemini sitting there, the energy can get antsy. You may want to move forward but it isn't quite time yet or you will have to move more slowly than you were hoping for.
